We appreciate the support of Ministry Partners from around the region and country. Your support is essential in building this multi-cultural, justice seeking, community serving, radically inclusive, spiritually healing, Christ centered, praise and worship community. We have a variety of challenges and goals for 2007 and ask your prayerful consideration to assist us in meeting these challenges.
- Secure $5000 to fully fund the feeding program. Working with the Food Bank and Philabundance this would allow us to continue the breakfast program, expand the number of persons receiving help through the food bank, and establish another weekly congregate meal.
- Rewire the church to allow for the installation of air conditioning. (Approximate cost: $1500)
- Donation of a medical exam table, blood pressure cuff, sharps containers, and other equipment to provide physical exams.
- Securing a volunteer nurse/physician to do monthly preventive health screenings and referrals.
- Partnership with media professionals to raise awareness of the church and programs through op-eds and other submissions
- Full second bathroom with stalls and a shower
- New carpeting for the sanctuary
